About Stacey
I began my yoga journey in 2011 and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014. I went into my yoga teacher training with the intention to deepen my own yoga practice. I was working full time and did not have any intention of teaching yoga as a means to make money. Little did I know that my work and teaching yoga would collide. I began sharing yoga in corporate settings as part of company wide health and wellness week’s. I was able to share ways I incorporate yoga into my daily life to manage stress and promote physical well being. Teaching everything from HR departments to city workers, I found my place in sharing yoga to those who may not find themselves in a traditional yoga studio. Teaching in non-traditional settings became my passion, and led me to also teach in assisted living homes. Providing seniors with ways they could incorporate breath-work and gentle movements to loosen up their aging bodies and settle their restless minds. Now, as a full time traveler, I share yoga from my Airstream. Sharing classes for those who live in tiny spaces or just want to take classes from the comforts of their own home. Reminding you that wherever you are, you can find ways to experience the benefits of yoga.
”Yoga happens beyond the mat, anything you do with attention to how you feel is doing yoga.”
